OUR FOUNDER
Dr. Leigh J. Mack was mentored by Stan Yakatan of Katan and Associates. He completed his MD and PhD at USAT Montserrat and completed post grad training at University of Oxford in both nanotechnology and plastic/trauma surgery (John Radcliffe and Nuffield). He completed his doctoral research on hepatitis B: "ANTIVIRAL MODALITIES OF MULTIVALENT AG4O4 NANOPARTICLES FOR CLINICAL INFECTIOUS DISEASE APPLICATIONS" He has experience in clinical research that include: investigator sites, electronic data management and decentralized participant recruitment strategies. A solid background in digital data (large data and machine learning) processing inspired Dr. Mack to develop an electronic data-capturing platform for several CROs and sponsor companies. He has been involved in Class IV medical laser designs and protocol development for the last 12 years. He has also worked extensively in corporate settings and has been an integral part of business development in several different industries in the last 30 years.
His clinical research investigator experience includes being a Certified Principal Investigator with Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP); as well as board certified as a Fellow of Academy of Physicians in Clinical Research. He also reviews exam questions for the CPI exam to include ICH guidelines.

He has worked as a corporate physician for Ballad Health System conducting clinical reviews on cases referred by case management staff and/or other health care professionals to meet regulatory requirements and in accordance with the hospitals objectives for assuring quality patient care and effective, efficient utilization of health care services.
Dr. Mack’s specialties include: protocol development, patient recruitment strategies, study feasibility, site selection, site activation, organic physician network development, patient organizations and Phase II – IV clinical trials. His research background includes: infectious disease, cardiac diagnostic devices, nano-medicine, rare disease (AHC, HOKPP and CF), medical robotics (oncology and rehabilitation medicine), and recently CRISPR Cas9 and AAV genetic edit (pre-clinical) with Cure AHC and The Broad Institute.
